Richard Pickard – promoting The Peculiar Tale of Tentacle Boy Slightly bonkers but very funny – its the tale of a girl who finds Tentacle boy who has crab claws for hands and tentacles that stretch from his head. Set in Merlington – a fictional town obsessed by fish – the book is the story of solving the mystery of (the wonderful) Tentacle boy. It’s packed full of fish puns.   Sam Sedgman called it ” A whimsical adventure stuffed to the flippers with fish puns and fun”.  Lots of jokes like “Oh my Cod, he’s won first plaice in the race!’.
