TOPPING UP THE 15 FREE HOURS (3 and 4 year olds only)
If your child is in the nursery class, you can buy up to an additional 5 half days to top up your 15 free hours. This would allow your child to be at school for up to 5 full days from 0835 – 1535 with an hour in the middle of supervised lunch. (There is a charge for staying over lunch hour which includes the meal).
The weekly costs are:

You can buy 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 additional half days providing they are available.
Once you choose your additional days you cannot reduce them without giving a term’s notice and will be charged until the new arrangement comes into force.
USE OF THE EMU CLUB
(This is the breakfast and after school club based at the primary school also available to three and four year olds)
- You can extend the morning session by enrolling your child in the Emu Club breakfast options (see Emu Club page).
- You can also extend your afternoon sessions beyond 1535 by enrolling your child in the Emu Club after school options (see Emu Club page).
- There are a maximum of 16 places available in the Emu Club for 3 – 4 year olds. Once they are full we cannot extend the service to any more children aged three and four.
