We are an almost new committee this year (2022). We are really grateful to previous committee members and volunteers who have created so many opportunities and built Friends’ influence over the past several years.

How we raise money

Fundraising Events

The events and activities we arrange are not simply focussed on fundraising. We also focus on fun for the children, relationship building and providing opportunities to learn about the school and the community it serves.

Fundraising with Easy Fundraiser

Sponsorships / Grants

We are actively building a Sponsorship, Grants & Donations team. There is a lot of money out there and we just have to find out how to apply for it.

Any volunteers, seasoned fundraisers, experienced grant chasers with time to research and chase these opportunities are most welcome to join this team.

If you have any questions or ideas for Sponsorships (large and small initiatives) and Grant opportunities, contact James Wright: friends.chair@dulwichwood.com

Donations

All donations are so gratefully received. Anyone wishing to donate a single or monthly amount can set up a standing order to our account:

Get involved

Want to get involved in some way?

The Friends are always grateful for new parents and carers stepping forward to ask about volunteering to help with our work. We rely on you for the more time-consuming activities like helping to plan events, and the less time-consuming things like donations to cake sales, or helping to run events on the day.

There are a number of opportunities to meet Friends and find out about becoming part of our volunteer teams. We welcome you all and would love to hear your ideas for planning, volunteering, supporting and participating. Two hours a year, two hours a month, two hours a week – any time you can offer is all really valuable to our ability to make an impact. Please ask at events about volunteering with us, or email James Wright on friends.chair@dulwichwood.com
