Dear Parents\/Carers and Children,<\/p>\n

We have now completed four weeks of Remote Learning; which we know has been challenging for children, teachers and parents. It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s not the same as learning together at school, but it has been clear that the Dulwich Wood Community have been using their \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcPerseverance Tool\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 and their \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcMaking Links Tool\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 to make the most of each and every day. I have been so impressed with the learning that children are uploading to Tapestry, and the participation in the Zoom live lessons.\u00c2\u00a0 Well done Dulwich Wood!<\/p>\n

Learning Reviews via Zoom \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Monday 22nd February<\/span><\/h3>\n

We will still be holding Learning Reviews on Monday 22nd February to give you the opportunity to discuss your child\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s learning with their Class Teacher. This is an INSET Day so there won\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t be any remote learning uploaded to Tapestry on this day. You will be able to book your appointment via Schools Buddy from Monday 8th Feb.<\/p>\n

Zoom Agreement<\/span><\/h3>\n

Please read the Zoom Agreement attached to the Newsletter this week. It is important that we keep everyone safe, therefore if you aren\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t following this guidance you will be removed from the Zoom live lessons.<\/p>\n

Food Hampers<\/span><\/h3>\n

As I am sure you have seen in the media Chartwells have improved their \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcFree School Meals\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 weekly hamper offer to include breakfast goods as well. Every child in Southwark, regardless of their financial situation, is entitled to a free lunch, if you would like a hamper please order by 10am Monday morning<\/strong> and collect after 11am on a Thursday.<\/p>\n

Please note: Children in school or those receiving free school meal vouchers are however exempt from this offer.<\/p>\n

Children\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Mental Health Week\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 1st Feb \u00e2\u20ac\u201c 7th Feb<\/span><\/h3>\n

We will be supporting\u00c2\u00a0 this by encouraging everyone to explore different ways to express themselves. We will be thinking of creative ways to share our feelings, our thoughts and our ideas. Check out Mindful Monday on Tapestry for all the details and fun things to try.<\/p>\n

We will be celebrating our achievements together in next Friday\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Celebration Assembly by wearing \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcDress to Express\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 outfits! We can\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t wait to see what you will all be wearing!<\/p>\n
