All our staff use the Early Years Foundation Stage EYFS (characteristics of effective learning, prime and specific areas of learning and development) to plan learning experiences based on children’s individual interests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Staff members<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

At Dulwich Wood Nursery we have a well-trained, highly experienced staff team, including three qualified teachers and skilled early years practitioners. Our staff are our most important resource in supporting children and families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each Nursery classroom team is led by a qualified teacher who leads on approach. All key people have a minimum level 3 qualification and most have a BA degree. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key people<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Every child at nursery has a special person called a key person. They ensure that your child’s emotional and developmental needs are being met. They record your child’s achievements in their learning journey book and track their progress in The Early Years Foundation Stage Framework. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
